Privacy Policy

Braxton Live Gameday (“Braxton Live,” “we,” “us”) is a private, invite-only application used to manage broadcast crew scheduling for gameday productions. Access is restricted to individuals who have been explicitly invited by an administrator.

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the service:

• Google account data— when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google’s OAuth service.
• Email address — if you sign in via a magic link we store the email address you provided.
• Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for operational and security purposes.
• Profile information — phone number, role, and availability that you or an administrator enter into your crew profile.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To display your profile and availability to administrators managing crew assignments.
• To send magic-link sign-in emails when you request them.
• To troubleshoot technical issues and maintain security.

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics products, or any purpose beyond operating this scheduling tool.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google OAuth — sign-in is handled by Google. Your use of Google sign-in is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Email delivery — magic links are sent via a transactional email provider. Your email address is passed to that provider solely to deliver the sign-in message.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If an administrator removes your account, your personal data is deleted from the database. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are short-lived JWTs stored in secure, HTTP-only cookies. We do not store passwords.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below. As this is an invite-only application, account deletion will also remove your access to the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
