Terms of Service

Braxton Live Gameday is a private, invite-only crew scheduling tool for broadcast productions. It allows administrators to manage crew profiles, event assignments, and availability, and allows crew members to view their schedules and submit availability.

Access to Braxton Live requires an explicit invitation from an administrator. By accepting an invitation and using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Share your login credentials or invite others without administrator authorization.
• Submit false or misleading information in your profile or availability.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, availability, etc.). By submitting content you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the service for the purpose of crew scheduling. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Administrators may suspend or remove accounts at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms or for inactivity. Upon removal, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
